Second Circuit

Second Circuit is a Hong Kong repair workshop team from Tsuen Wan. Our founders include a phone technician and a developer who built inventory tools for resellers. We have no blockchain experience and are learning Canton and Daml.

Where we work

Kowloon and Tsuen Wan, Hong Kong. The team is small and works with the people who create the device records.
